About This Space
Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU, Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, and Spring training fields. Rental includes a full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a living room and dining room. The home is not shared with the owner or any other guests, not in your own party. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking. Garage not included. There is a security camera outside front door & garage.

The pool is not a diving pool and is not heated; 6 feet deep is the deepest and is in the middle where you see the drain. Garage and 4th bedroom are not part of the rental.
